BESCHRIJVING

SMCJ30CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment applications. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 30V, a breakdown voltage of 31.1V, and is housed in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount package. It delivers peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts with a peak forward surge current of 200 amps (8.3 ms single half sine wave), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The bidirectional configuration with fast response times makes it ideal for protecting sensitive circuits from transient overvoltage events while maintaining a low profile suitable for modern compact electronic designs.
