The 4308R-102-100LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring four isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This device is rated for 1.00 watt power dissipation at 70°C and operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistors between 50 O and 2.2 MO. The component incorporates a low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, with a body material of Novolac epoxy and copper solder-coated lead frame.
