BESCHRIJVING

The 3549S-1AA-102B is a 10-turn precision potentiometer featuring a wirewound element designed for high-accuracy applications requiring precise rotational control. It offers a standard resistance of 1 kO with ±3% total resistance tolerance and ±0.2% independent linearity, with an optional maximum practical linearity of ±0.1%. The device provides an effective electrical angle of 3600° ±10°, -0° with a mechanical angle of 3600° ±10°, -0°, and includes features such as high rotational life, low backlash of 1.0° maximum, and a stop strength of 53 N-cm (75 oz-in.) minimum. It is RoHS compliant, suitable for use under some side load conditions, and designed for HMI and MMI applications. The potentiometer operates with a maximum wiper current of 20 mA at 5 kO, dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000 VAC minimum, and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC, making it ideal for precision instrumentation, servo systems, and control applications.
