BESCHRIJVING

The 3224G-1-501E is a 4 mm SMD Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications requiring sealed, industrial-grade performance. This multiturn cermet potentiometer features a 500 ohm resistance value with ±10% tolerance, essentially infinite resolution, and a contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum. The device is sealed to withstand board wash processing, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant, with a low coefficient of resistance variation (CRV) of 1%. It operates with a 12-turn nominal adjustment angle, 180 g-cm maximum torque, and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standard footprint specifications. The 3224G side-adjust style is ideal for precision trimming applications in instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial control systems where reliability and environmental resistance are essential.
