BESCHRIJVING

The 2087-120-SM-RPLF is a high-voltage mini 2-electrode gas discharge tube surge protector designed for overvoltage protection in electronic circuits. This surface-mount device features a compact 4 mm diameter and 4.2 mm length form factor, with a DC sparkover voltage of 1200 V at 100 V/s and impulse sparkover ratings of less than 1700 V at 100 V/µs and less than 1800 V at 1000 V/µs. The device offers high insulation resistance exceeding 1 GO, low capacitance below 0.5 pF at 1 MHz, and can withstand impulse discharge currents of 3000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 2000 A for up to 10 operations. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C with RoHS compliance and UL recognition, it is well-suited for industrial equipment, telecommunications electronics, and consumer electronics applications requiring reliable surge protection.
