BESCHRIJVING

The 2036-20-B2LF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series 3-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This surface mount device features a compact 5 mm diameter package with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, ensuring stable and long-term performance across extreme conditions. Key electrical characteristics include a DC sparkover voltage of 200 V (±25%), impulse sparkover of 450 V at 100 V/µs and 600 V at 1000 V/µs, nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O, and capacitance below 2 pF at 1 MHz. The device is rated for nominal impulse discharge currents up to 20,000 A (8/20 µs) for single operations and 10,000 A for 10 operations, with an impulse transverse delay below 75 ns. The 2036-20-B2LF is ideal for outdoor communications equipment and systems exposed to harsh environmental conditions, offering UL recognition and RoHS compliance for reliable surge protection in demanding applications.
