BESCHRIJVING

The 2036-07-B2LF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device manufactured by Bourns, designed as a 3-electrode surface mount component for robust surge protection in a small 5 mm diameter package. This device features a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with stable performance and low capacitance characteristics, providing long-term reliability in harsh environments. Key electrical specifications include a DC sparkover voltage of 70 V (±25%), impulse sparkover at 100 V/µs of 250 V, nominal insulation resistance of 10¹° O, and capacitance below 2 pF at 1 MHz. The device is UL recognized, RoHS compliant, and rated for multiple impulse discharge operations (20,000 A at 8/20 µs for 1 operation, 10,000 A for 10 operations, and 200 A for 300 operations), making it ideal for outdoor communications equipment and applications exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
