83026-WHT-100 is a hook-up/lead wire designed for high-temperature applications requiring reliable electrical connectivity. The wire features a 22 AWG stranded conductor composed of 19×34 silver-plated copper (SPC) with an extruded TFE Teflon insulation rated at 0.015 in. wall thickness, providing excellent dielectric properties and thermal stability. It meets UL AWM Style 1180 specifications with a UL rating of 300V RMS at 200°C, and complies with MIL-W-16878/5 (except for stranding) with a 1000V, 200°C rating. The overall nominal diameter is 0.060 in., and the wire passes VW-1 flame test requirements. This product is ideal for internal wiring in high-temperature equipment, instrumentation, and aerospace applications where superior insulation performance and temperature resistance are essential.
