The AVO200-48S12B-6L is a 200 Watt 1/8th brick isolated DC/DC converter from Advanced Energy's Artesyn AVO200 series, designed for telecommunications and data center applications. It features a 12V nominal output with a maximum current rating of 16.7A, an input voltage range of 36–75 Vdc (2:1 input range), and ultra-high efficiency up to 94% at full load. The converter includes advanced protection features such as over-temperature protection (110°C baseplate), over-voltage protection at 130% output voltage, and over-current protection with hiccup mode at 150% load current. Additional capabilities include remote sense connections, output voltage trim from 80% to 110%, TTL-compatible enable control, and a fixed switching frequency of 150 kHz. The baseplate-optimized design supports contact cooling, and the unit operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for wireless networks, optical systems, access networks, server infrastructures, and other mission-critical power conversion applications.
