The AIF06ZPFC-02L is a 2400-watt full-brick power factor correction module designed for industrial and medical applications requiring high-efficiency AC-to-DC conversion. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 85–264 Vac and delivers a nominal non-isolated output of 400 Vdc at up to 6 A, achieving an efficiency of 97% at full load on 230 Vac input. The module features a compact industry-standard 2.4 × 4.6 inch full-brick form factor with a height of 0.55 inch, delivering a power density of 395 watts per cubic inch, and includes advanced control functions such as PMBus communication, programmable phase shift for parallel operation, and internal inrush limit control. Operating from –40°C startup to –25°C continuous operation with a maximum baseplate temperature of 100°C, the AIF06ZPFC-02L is optimized for contact cooling or heatsink mounting and supports 3 to 10 module power sharing operation with external diodes, making it ideal for distributed power systems in demanding industrial and medical environments.
