PBARZAF3000G0G is an ATEX-approved piezo switch from the PBA series featuring a 22 mm (0.866 inch) bushing diameter with a thin illuminated ring and flat operator design. The switch is constructed from 316L stainless steel and operates with an operating force of 2 to 6 N and a maximum torque of 2.5 Nm, delivering a life expectancy of 50 million cycles. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +55°C and achieves IP66 sealing when mounted on a panel, with compliance to EN 60079-0:2009, EN 60079-26:2007, EN 60079-11:2012, and EN 50303:2000 standards. The switch is designed for use in mines with fire damp and potentially explosive atmospheres of groups IIC, IIB, and IIA in T4 temperature class, as well as in the presence of combustible dust (T135°C), making it ideal for hazardous industrial environments requiring intrinsic safety certification.
