BESCHRIJVING

The 5GTH93582 is a high-performance tactile switch from the Multimec 5G series designed for demanding applications requiring MIL-PRF-28855H compliance and excellent illumination options. This switch features IP67 sealing to protect against solder flux and contamination, with available actuation forces of 2.0 N, 3.5 N, or 6.5 N to suit various user preferences. The switch supports both through-hole and surface-mount configurations with optional single or bi-color LED illumination in multiple colors including blue, green, yellow, white, red, and high-intensity green. Key electrical characteristics include contact resistance of less than 30 mO (typically 10 mO), insulation resistance greater than 10 MO, and contact bounce less than 2 ms. The housing and actuator are constructed from PPS UL94V0 material with silicone rubber sealing, and contacts are available with either silver or gold plating. This switch is ideal for industrial control panels, medical devices, and military applications where reliability, sealed operation, and visual feedback are essential.
