C09131T0122002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial signal and power connections with environmental protection up to IP65/67/69K when mated. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C with current ratings of 10A for 2-3 positions, 7A for 5-8 positions, and 3A for 12-14 positions, delivering reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding options, insulation resistance exceeding 10¹²O, and contact resistance below 5mO, ensuring signal integrity for power and signal applications. Contact termination options include solder and crimp, with support for 18 through 28 AWG wire gauges and mating cycles of =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating.
