C09111N0040002 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family designed for industrial signal and power connections. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with thermoplastic dielectric material and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations. It provides IP65/67/69K environmental protection when mated, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, and supports operating voltages up to 300V per IEC 60664-1 standard. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with machined, stamped & formed, and solder/PC tail contact types accommodating 18 through 28 AWG wire sizes. With an insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O, contact resistance below 5 mO, and mating cycles rated at =500 for silver and =1000 for gold plating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and demanding industrial applications requiring high reliability and environmental protection.
