ATP06-4S-BLK is a 4-position plug socket connector from the Amphenol Sine Systems ATP Series™, designed for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring reliable multi-pin connectivity. The connector features Size 12 contacts rated for 25A continuous current at 250V, with a thermoplastic housing in black that provides excellent UV resistance, dielectric properties, and RoHS compliance. It incorporates an integral latching system ensuring definitive electrical and mechanical connection, a standard diameter rear seal (red), and maintains IP68/IP69K environmental sealing. The connector demonstrates superior performance under demanding conditions: insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum at 25°C, contact retention of 70 lbs for Size 12 contacts, thermal cycling capability from -55°C to +125°C without cracking or leaking, vibration resistance up to 21 G's at 10-2000 Hz, and physical shock tolerance of 50 G's in three perpendicular planes. With a maximum contact millivolt drop of 60mV for solid contacts at 25A test current and 100 mating cycles without defects, this connector is ideal for industrial automation, machinery control, power distribution systems, and other applications where durability and environmental sealing are critical.
