The MS3116F8-4P is a straight circular connector plug conforming to MIL-DTL-26482 Series I specifications, featuring an aluminum alloy shell with solder contacts and an environmental F-style endbell with clamp. This shell size 8 plug accommodates 8 contacts in a high-density arrangement and utilizes a bayonet quick-disconnect coupling mechanism for rapid mating and unmating. The connector is rated for Service Rating I and includes a 5000-28 thread class 2A barrel thread with a maximum flange diameter of 0.297 inches (7.5 mm) and overall length of 1.553 inches (39.4 mm). The F-style endbell provides environmental sealing with a clamp mechanism, and the connector is interchangeable with ITT Cannon and Souriau MIL-DTL-26482 connectors.
