BESCHRIJVING
The AZ2800-2C-24AE is a 40 A miniature power relay with a 24 VAC coil designed for switching resistive and inductive loads in industrial control systems. It features dual-pole configuration (2 Form C contacts for DPDT operation), meets 8 mm creepage and 4 kV dielectric strength requirements, and is sealed with epoxy for enhanced reliability. The relay operates at 24 VAC nominal (19.2 VAC must-operate, 31.2 VAC maximum continuous) with a nominal current of 166 mA and coil resistance of 35.7 O at 60 Hz. It delivers 40 A at 277 VAC resistive for 30,000 cycles (N.O. contacts) and 3 A at 277 VAC for normally closed contacts, with an operate time of 15 ms typical and release time of 10 ms typical. The relay is rated for -40°C to 65°C operating temperature, withstands 0.062" displacement at 10–55 Hz vibration and 10 g shock, and features quick-connect tab terminals with a contact resistance below 50 mO. Common applications include motor control, power distribution, HVAC systems, and general industrial automation where reliable switching of moderate to high currents is required.
