The AZ2150-1A-110DE is a 40-ampere miniature power relay designed for high-reliability switching applications. This sealed relay features a 110 VDC nominal coil with a coil resistance of 13,450 O (±10%), a maximum continuous voltage rating of 163.2 VDC, and a must-operate voltage of 82.5 VDC. The relay incorporates 1 Form A (SPST-NO) contact arrangement with silver cadmium oxide contacts rated for maximum switched power of 900 W or 10,000 VA, maximum switched current of 40 A, and maximum switched voltage of 30 VDC or 300 VAC. It features Class B insulation standard (with Class F 155°C version available), a Proof Tracking Index (PTI/CTI) of 175, and meets UL, CUR file E44211, VDE 40023154, UL 508 Group A spacing, and UL 873 refrigeration and safety control requirements. The relay delivers mechanical life expectancy to 10 million operations, electrical life to 100,000 cycles at 30 A 120 VAC resistive load, and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. Its epoxy seal enables automatic wave soldering and immersion cleaning, making it ideal for industrial control, HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and other demanding switching applications requiring high reliability and long operational life.
