The wire features a tinned copper conductor with 0.030 inch diameter and modified polyphenylene ether insulation with 0.0095 inch wall thickness (0.049 ± 0.002 inch overall diameter), providing robust electrical isolation. It is rated for 600 V RMS at 105°C continuous operation and meets UL AWM/STYLE 11028 and CSA C(RU) AWM I A/B FT1 standards with VW-1 flame rating.
