BESCHRIJVING

The 6330-SL005 is a six-conductor shielded cable assembly designed for industrial and commercial signal transmission applications. It features six 24 AWG tinned copper conductors with 0.010" nominal PVC insulation, individually color-coded (black, white, red, green, brown, blue), and twisted at 6.0 twists per foot minimum for balanced signal integrity. The cable incorporates an aluminum/mylar tape shield with 25% overlap and a 24 AWG tinned copper drain wire, complemented by a tinned copper braid with 65% minimum coverage, all enclosed in a 0.032" nominal PVC jacket rated at 300V RMS. With a temperature operating range of -20°C to +80°C, a bend radius of 10× cable diameter, and low conductor DC resistance of 26 O/1000ft at 20°C, this cable is ideal for control systems, instrumentation, and audio/video signal routing where noise immunity and reliable multi-conductor connectivity are essential.
