BESCHRIJVING

AQY230S is a high-sensitivity PhotoMOS relay designed for AC/DC dual-use applications with a 350 V peak load voltage rating and 120 mA continuous load current capacity. The device features a miniature SOP4 pin package with Form A output configuration, requiring only a 2 mA recommended LED forward current, which is less than half that of standard types, enabling significant energy savings in battery-operated and power-conscious equipment. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum LED operate current of 0.5 mA, on-resistance of 19 O (typical at 2 mA LED current), and turn-on/turn-off times of 1.2 ms and 0.8 ms respectively at maximum load voltage. The relay operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with 1,500 Vrms input/output isolation, making it ideal for security equipment, measuring instruments, fire alarms, and industrial control systems where compact size and low power consumption are essential.
