BESCHRIJVING
The SZNUD3160LT1G is a micro-integrated inductive load driver that provides a single-component solution for switching inductive loads. It is capable of driving relay coils rated up to 150 mA and features a continuous drain-to-source voltage (VDSS) of 60 V. The device accepts logic-level inputs, allowing it to be driven by microcontrollers and logic gates. An internal Zener diode clamp eliminates the need for an external free-wheeling diode, simplifying circuit design and saving PCB space.
