BESCHRIJVING

The MCP47FEB12A2-E/ST is a dual-channel, 10-bit buffered voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter with nonvolatile memory (EEPROM) and an I²C interface. It operates over a wide voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V and features a fast settling time of 6 µs. The DAC provides flexible voltage reference options, including the device's VDD, an external VREF pin, or an internal 1.22V band gap, along with selectable output gains of 1x or 2x. Its nonvolatile memory allows for the storage of power-on reset values and device configurations, ensuring the DAC restores its settings upon startup. These features make it ideal for applications such as set point trimming, sensor calibration, and portable instrumentation.
