The ATSAMD21G17D-AUT is a low-power, 32-bit microcontroller from the SAM D21 family, featuring an Arm Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 48 MHz. This device is equipped with 128 KB of in-system programmable Flash, 16 KB of SRAM, and supports Read-While-Write EEPROM (RWWEE) emulation as indicated by its 'D' variant.
