The FB1W-XW1E-LV422MR is an illuminated 40mm mushroom emergency stop switch designed for industrial safety control applications. It features 2 normally open (NO) monitor contacts and 2 normally closed (NC) main contacts with a push-to-lock (32N) and turn-to-reset (0.27N-m) operator mechanism. The switch incorporates a 24V AC/DC ±10% LED indicator drawing 15mA, with gold-plated silver contacts rated at 50mO maximum initial contact resistance and 100MO minimum insulation resistance (500V DC). Operating specifications include a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C (no freezing), 45–85% RH humidity tolerance, and direct opening action requiring 80N minimum force with 4mm operator stroke.
