FLS-110-EK-1242 is an evaluation kit designed for rapid prototyping and testing of the FLS110 miniature gas flow sensor with integrated flow pressure sensing. The kit includes a USB-I2C adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module pre-assembled and tested in a viscous bypass fluidic fixture rated for a nominal flow range of 100 slm. The fixture features a 16 mm port outer diameter and dimensions of 133 × 30 × 27 mm, with the sensor module providing continuous readings at an update rate of 20 Hz and supporting three-point system calibration. The kit is supplied with a Windows 10 GUI for easy operation and configuration, enabling users to quickly evaluate flow sensing solutions and perform temperature and pressure offset calibration.
