The SSH66XU12N100 is a compact horizontal float switch designed for internal or external mounting via 1/2"NPT thread, offering flexible installation options for liquid level sensing applications. The switch features a high-grade 316 stainless steel float and 304 stainless steel stem, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. It operates at temperatures up to 120°C with a maximum pressure rating of 10 bar, and supports both N/O (normally open) and N/C (normally closed) switching actions that can be reversed by changing the float orientation. The electrical specifications include a maximum switching power of 50 VA, maximum switching voltage of 300 V (both AC and DC), and a maximum switching current of 0.5 A, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 600 V DC. The standard configuration includes a 100 cm cable with tinned copper conductors and XLPE sheath rated to 125°C, making it suitable for industrial process control, tank level monitoring, and fluid management systems where reliable level detection is essential.
