The RSE2312-BS is a compact AC semiconductor motor controller designed for soft-starting single-phase capacitor run induction motors and torque reduction in three-phase applications. It operates at a rated voltage of 230 VAC rms (±15%), 50/60 Hz with a rated operational current of 12 A AC and provides integral bypassing of semiconductors during running operation. The controller features independently adjustable potentiometers for ramp-up time (0.5 to 6.5 seconds) and initial torque (0 to 85% of nominal torque), along with LED indicators for power supply and operation status. It includes transient overvoltage protection, operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, and meets IP 20 protection rating with pollution degree 3. The RSE2312-BS is ideal for reducing mechanical stress on motors, gears, and belt/chain drives while providing smooth machine operation in industrial applications.
