THT-147-422-10 is a Brady B-422 thermal transfer printable glossy white polyester label stock designed for electronic PCB and component identification, bar code labeling, rating plates, and solar panel identification. The material features a total thickness of 0.004 inch (0.1016 mm) with a 0.002 inch substrate and 0.002 inch permanent acrylic adhesive layer, providing excellent durability and adhesion across multiple surfaces including stainless steel, textured ABS, polypropylene, enamel painted metal, and powder coated metal. The label stock demonstrates exceptional environmental resistance, maintaining no visible effect after 30 days of exposure to high service temperatures (212°F/100°C), low service temperatures (-40°F/-40°C), 95% relative humidity, UV light, salt fog, and weathering conditions per ASTM G155. With a dielectric strength of 7000 Volts and tensile strength of 45 lbs/inch in the machine direction, this label stock is UL Recognized to UL969 and CSA Accepted, making it ideal for demanding industrial, outdoor, and safety-critical applications requiring reliable thermal transfer printing and long-term durability.
