BESCHRIJVING

TISP61089ADR-S is a dual forward-conducting buffered p-gate thyristor (SCR) overvoltage protector designed to protect monolithic SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) against overvoltages caused by lightning, AC power contact, and induction on telephone lines. The device is rated for battery voltages to -100 V and features low gate triggering current (<5 mA) and high holding current (>150 mA), with a junction-to-free-air thermal resistance of 120 °C/W in the D package. It is specified to meet Telcordia GR-1089-CORE and ITU-T recommendations K.20, K.21, and K.45, with non-repetitive peak on-state pulse current ratings of 120 A (2/10 µs), 100 A (1.2/50 µs), 40 A (5/320 µs), and 30 A (10/1000 µs). The device operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for telecommunications equipment requiring robust overvoltage protection with programmable voltage tracking referenced to the negative supply rail.
