BESCHRIJVING

TISP4A265H3BJR-S is an asymmetrical bidirectional thyristor surge protector optimized for protecting ring line terminals in Line Card Access Switches (LCAS) and ADSL interfaces. The device features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of +100 V and -200 V, with breakover voltages of +125 V and -265 V, providing asymmetrical protection tailored for battery-backed ringing circuits with maximum ringing AC of 90 V rms and battery voltage of -52 V. It is rated for international surge wave shapes including 2/10 µs (500 A), 8/20 µs (300 A), 10/160 µs (250 A), and 10/1000 µs (100 A) impulse currents, with a holding current of ±0.15 to ±0.6 A and critical dv/dt of ±5 kV/µs. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and is housed in a plastic SMB (DO-214AA) package with J-bend leads, making it ideal for telecommunications equipment requiring robust overvoltage protection against power crosses and lightning surges.
