BESCHRIJVING

TBU-DT085-300-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed TBU® (Transient Blocking Unit) protector designed to protect circuits against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 850 V, a continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 425 V, and a trigger current range of 300 mA minimum to 600 mA maximum. The device offers a typical series resistance of 6.5 to 7.7 O and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact surface mount DFN package, this RoHS-compliant component is ideal for Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, test and measurement equipment, and general electronics applications requiring reliable high-speed surge protection.
