BESCHRIJVING

TBU-DT065-300-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed TBU® (Transient Blocking Unit) protector designed to protect circuits against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 650 V, continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 300 V, and a trigger current range of 300 mA minimum to 600 mA maximum with a typical value of 450 mA. The device has a series resistance of 4.6 O typical (5.6 O maximum) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact surface mount DFN package, this RoHS-compliant component is ideal for protecting Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, test and measurement equipment, and general electronics applications.
