BESCHRIJVING

TBU-DF085-050-WH is a dual bidirectional high-speed electronic current limiter (ECL) designed to protect sensitive electronics from short circuits, overvoltage transients, and battery cell faults. Constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology, it features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 850 V, continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 425 V, and a trigger current range of 50 mA (min) to 100 mA (max). The device offers a fast blocking time of less than 1 µs and series resistance of 23 O to 38 O. Housed in a compact surface mount DFN package with dimensions of 5.50 mm x 6.50 mm, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This RoHS-compliant protector is ideal for applications requiring superior circuit protection with low capacitance and high-speed performance.
