BESCHRIJVING

The PWR163S-25-R100FE is a DPAK-style, surface-mount power resistor designed for high-power applications. It provides a resistance of 0.1 Ω with a tight tolerance of ±1% and a power rating of 25 W at a 25°C case temperature. This thick-film resistor features very low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and is electrically isolated from its backplate. As an AEC-Q200 compliant component, its excellent pulse characteristics and low inductance make it ideal for high-frequency applications such as amplifiers, wireless base stations, current limiting, and capacitor discharge circuits.
