PWR163S-25-1001F is a 25 W DPAK-style surface mount power resistor from Bourns with a resistance value of 1 kO and ±1% tolerance. It features very low inductance (0.1 µH maximum) and excellent thermal characteristics with a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W, making it ideal for high-frequency applications such as amplifiers for audio and wireless base stations. The resistor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and is electrically isolated from the backplate.
