MF-SM150-2 is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse designed for surface mount applications requiring reliable overcurrent protection. This device features a maximum voltage rating of 15 V, a hold current of 1.50 A at 23°C, and a trip current of 3.00 A, with a resistance of 0.06 O at 23°C and a maximum time to trip of 8.0 seconds.
