The 8230-94-RC is a conformal coated RF choke inductor from Bourns' 8230 Series, designed for filtering and energy storage in DC/DC converters, power supplies, and general RF applications. This component features a 0.10 µH inductance with ±10% tolerance, a minimum quality factor (Q) of 40 at 25 MHz, and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 690 MHz, providing excellent high-frequency performance. The inductor supports a maximum DC current (Idc) of 1100 mA with a maximum DC resistance (DCR) of 0.07 O, and utilizes a phenolic core material with enameled copper wire and tin-coated terminals. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with a dielectric strength of 500 Vrms, the 8230-94-RC is RoHS compliant and ideal for compact power management circuits requiring reliable RF filtering and minimal insertion loss.
