BESCHRIJVING

The 3005P-1-100 is a 3/4" rectangular Trimpol® trimming potentiometer designed for precision adjustment in industrial and sealed environments. It features a multiturn wirewound construction with a standard resistance range of 10 to 50 kO, ±10% tolerance, and 20 turns of nominal adjustment travel, providing fine control and repeatability. The device is sealed to prevent contamination from fluxing, soldering, and cleaning processes, with an insulation resistance of 100 MO at 500 VDC and dielectric strength of 1,000 VAC at sea level. Operating over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C, it delivers 1 watt power rating at 70°C and maintains stability through 200 rotational cycles with 4% maximum resistance change. The 3005P-1-100 is ideal for calibration, signal conditioning, and tuning applications in test equipment, instrumentation, and industrial control systems where sealed, reliable adjustment is essential.
