BESCHRIJVING

The 2051-15-SM-RPLF is a micro surface mount, 2-electrode gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed to meet board-level protection requirements with reduced space requirements. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 150 V ±30% at 100 V/s, impulse sparkover ratings of <500 V at 100 V/µs and <600 V at 1000 V/µs, and a typical capacitance of 0.6 pF, making it ideal for high-speed and high-bandwidth applications. The device has compact dimensions of 2.7 × 3.2 × 4.5 mm, high insulation resistance (>1 GO), and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is RoHS compliant, UL recognized, and commonly used in MDC/PCI modems, splitters, telecom CPE, and datacom equipment where surge protection with minimal parasitic capacitance is critical.
