BESCHRIJVING

The 2036-15-B2LF is a high-temperature rated TRIGARD™ series gas discharge tube (GDT) surge protection device designed for robust performance in harsh environments. This 3-electrode surface mount device features a DC sparkover voltage of 150 V (±25%) at 100 V/s and impulse sparkover ratings of 350 V at 100 V/µs and 500 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable surge protection across multiple voltage rise rates. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with stable performance, low capacitance (<2 pF at 1 MHz), and a compact 5 mm diameter package, making it ideal for outdoor communications equipment and systems exposed to harsh environmental conditions. Its long-life design, UL recognition, and RoHS compliance ensure dependable protection and regulatory compliance in demanding applications.
