The AIF06ZPFC-02NTL is a 2400-watt full-brick power factor correction module designed for industrial and medical applications requiring high-efficiency AC-to-DC conversion. It accepts a wide input voltage range of 85–264 Vac and delivers a nominal 400 Vdc output with unity power factor, achieving 97% conversion efficiency at full load (230 Vac). The module features an industry-standard 2.4 × 4.6 inch full-brick form factor with a height of 0.55 inch, delivering a power density of 395 watts per cubic inch, and supports 3 to 10 module parallel power sharing operation with external diodes. Operating from –40°C startup to –25°C continuous operation with a maximum baseplate temperature of 100°C, the unit includes advanced control functions such as PMBus communication, programmable phase shift for parallel applications, and overtemperature protection at 110°C. This configuration is ideal for demanding industrial and medical systems where compact size, high efficiency, and reliable power conditioning are essential.
