BESCHRIJVING

The AEE02BB12-M is a 20-watt isolated DC/DC converter from the AEE20W-M series designed for demanding instrumentation applications requiring reinforced insulation to comply with stringent industrial and medical safety standards. This dual-output converter accepts an input voltage range of 9-18 Vdc and provides two isolated outputs: +12V at 0.84A and -12V at 0.84A, with a maximum total power of 20W. The unit features 4200 Vac reinforced insulation, 2x MOPP rating, low leakage current (<5 µA), and operates reliably across -40°C to +80°C with 89% efficiency and 285 kHz switching frequency. It meets EN/IEC 60601-1 3rd Edition medical safety certifications and includes comprehensive protection features including 150% overcurrent protection with hiccup mode and 110% overvoltage protection. The compact 50.8 x 25.4 x 12 mm plastic package and three-year warranty make it ideal for medical devices, precision instrumentation, and industrial control systems requiring dual-polarity power supplies with high isolation integrity.
