BESCHRIJVING
C09111W0050002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and signal integrity. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable performance. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with contact resistance below 5mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹²O, supporting both solder and crimp terminations for wire gauges 18 through 28 AWG. With 720 hours salt spray corrosion resistance and UL 94 V0 flammability rating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial environments where environmental sealing and signal integrity are critical.
