ATM04-12PC is a 12-position heavy-duty receptacle connector from the ATM Series designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections. The connector features an integrated latching system that ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connection, with IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition providing dust-tight and high-pressure waterproof protection. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, supports a maximum current of 7.5A at 250V maximum voltage, and accommodates wire sizes from 16-22 AWG with stamped, formed, or machined copper alloy contacts that are nickel-plated (gold optional). The thermoplastic UL94-VO housing offers excellent UV resistance and durability, while silicone elastomer seals provide superior environmental protection and seal retention. This connector is ideal for demanding industrial, alternative energy, and interconnect applications where harsh environmental conditions, vibration resistance (20 g's at 10-2000 Hz sine sweep), and thermal cycling (-55°C to +125°C) are critical requirements.
