DESCRIPCIÓN
643424-3 is a 6-circuit matrix socket header assembly designed for TE Connectivity's 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board connector system. This component features a pre-tin or duplex socket finish with UL94V-0 flammability rating, and is available with standard tail (.175 inch / 4.45 mm) or long tail (.235 inch / 5.97 mm) configurations to accommodate different PCB thicknesses. The duplex finish provides gold plating (.000030 inch minimum) in the mating area with matte tin on the solder tail end over nickel underplate for enhanced durability and electrical performance. The connector is designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, and features a compact 19.4 mm mated height with 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing. The matrix configuration with polarizing features ensures proper alignment and reliable mating with corresponding plug housings, making it suitable for applications requiring robust power distribution and secure connections.
