466423-2 is a side feed HDM applicator designed for use with bench model K terminators featuring mechanical pre-feed operation. This applicator is engineered for crimping HDM pin and socket terminals on wire sizes ranging from 24 to 28 AWG, with precise crimp height specifications from 0.026 to 0.032 inches (0.66 to 0.81 mm). The unit features a terminal feed pitch of 0.300 inches and wire strip length of 0.084-0.104 inches. It is compatible with various terminal types including 66507/66505 (pin/socket), 215862/745502, 1658540/1658538, and 166054/166052. This applicator has been replaced by Ocean style applicator part number 2151428-1, which maintains the same terminator/press interface.
