DESCRIPTION

2387122-2 is a Circular Plastic Connector (CPC) plug connector cable assembly designed for rugged power input and output applications. This Series 2 connector features a size 17 to 9 configuration with reverse (REV) type arrangement. The housing is constructed from heat resistant thermoplastic, while contacts are made of copper alloy with stainless steel retention spring and gold over palladium-nickel over nickel plating in the mating area. Operating temperature ranges from -55 to 105°C with a maximum of 500 mating cycles for gold or silver contacts. Common applications include industrial machinery, control cabinets, rail and transit systems, HVAC equipment, and communication equipment.
