The 3001115 is a 3M SCC 1000 ZipTop static shielding bag measuring 11" × 15" with a recloseable zipper closure for protecting sensitive electronic devices in static-safe environments. It features four-layer construction with polyester dielectric and aluminum metal layer providing Faraday effect shielding against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic fields, while specially processed polyethylene minimizes tribocharging. The bag has an interior surface resistivity of <1012 ohms/square, exterior surface resistivity of <1012 ohms/square or <1011 ohms, metal layer resistance of <100 ohms, static decay time of <2 seconds, and static shielding voltage of <30 volts. The material exhibits a tensile strength of 4700 PSI, seam strength greater than 10 lbs, light transmission of 40%, and a thickness of 3 mils (±15% tolerance). This product is tested to meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 program compliance standards, making it ideal for packaging and storage of ESD-sensitive components in manufacturing, assembly, and repair environments.
