DESCRIPCIÓN
The NSI50350ADT4G is a linear constant current regulator (CCR) and LED driver designed to provide a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs. Based on Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology, it regulates a nominal current of 350 mA over a wide voltage range up to a maximum of 50 V. The device features a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway and requires no external components, allowing it to be designed as a high or low-side regulator. With its robust 11 W DPAK package, AEC-Q101 qualification, and ability to withstand surges, it is well-suited for automotive, industrial, and commercial signage applications.
